- Sept. 22: Last day to add a class
- Sept. 8: Last day to drop without record
- Sept. 2: Labor Day Holiday: University closed
- Sept. 10: Last day to receive 75% fee adjustment
- Oct. 14-15: Fall Break - No classes at Clarksville campus or Fort Campbell campus
- Oct. 17: First eight-week (Session A) classes end
- Oct. 23: Second eight-week (Session B) classes begin *Online courses visible in the D2L online classroom
- Oct. 21-25: Priority advising and preregistration for currently enrolled students for Spring 2025
- Oct. 28: Last day to drop classes with an automatic “W”
- Oct. 28: Last day to receive a 25% fee adjustment
- Nov. 11: Veterans Day- No classes
- Nov. 27-Dec.1: Thanksgiving Holiday- No classes
- Nov. 28-29: Thanksgiving Holiday: University closed
- Dec. 1: Last day to apply for May 2024 graduation
- Dec. 4: Last day of classes
- Dec. 5: Study day
- Dec. 5-12: Final exams
- Dec. 13: Commencement
- Jan. 20: Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday: University closed
- Jan. 21: Classes begin *Online courses visible in the D2L online classroom
- Jan. 25: Last day to receive 100% fee adjustment
- Jan. 21-27: Late registration
- Jan. 26: Last day to pay/confirm classes for preregistered students; classes will be dropped for nonpayment and/non-confirmation at 9 p.m.

- Feb. 9: Last day to receive 75% fee adjustment
- March 1: Last day to apply for August 2024 graduation
- March 9-15: Mid-semester; Spring Break- no classes
- March 11: First eight-week (Session A) classes end
